SAMPADA
SAMPADA is a certificate program for students learning Indian Music and Dance. SAMAPADA certification is done by SiliconAndhra in affiliation with Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University (PSTU), a NAAC accredited institution. Since the SAMPADA program became available, we have trained our students to acheive their Junior and Senior Certificate Programs in Kuchipudi, which can be eligible for university credit.
Our Approach
As students progress in their foundations training, we encourage and prepare them to achieve their certificates, supplementing their regular training with targeted exam prep that covers both the theoretical and practical aspects. The majority of our students have completed their SAMPADA certificates by their high school graduation.
The Sri Sai Dance Academy approach has always been holistic, bringing together practice, theory, and social context. We have found the SAMPADA certificate program to be a beneficial way of getting formal recognition and college credit for the rigorous training our students undergo.
